Test Application

In the Test Application Status window the test progress can be viewed. When the students answer the test's questions, the window is refreshed indicating how many questions were answered by each student. Besides, this window allows you to pause the test, stop it or suspend it to be resumed later. See the explanation of the buttons located to the left side of this window in the Tests and Quizzes topic.

Fields
and Commands

|
Student This field displays the login of the student that is answering the test. This
field is read-only and it cannot be modified. |
|
|
Response Time This field displays the response time of the student to answer the questions of the test being applied. This field is automatically generated by the application when the student submits his test. This
field is read-only and it cannot be modified. |
|
|
Status In this field the number of questions already answered by each student can be viewed. The field displays the number of answered questions and the total questions of the test. It can also display if the test was sent by the student, if it was paused, suspended or stopped by the teacher. This
field is read-only and it cannot be modified. |
|
|
Remaining Time This field displays the remaining time for the students to finish answering the test's questions and send their answers. This time is automatically refreshed by v-Class Teacher. This
field is read-only and it cannot be modified. |

|
Students This
group displays information about the students in the active Class
Model. |
|
|
|
Total Students in Class Model This
field displays the number of the students that are included in the
Class Model activated by the teacher in v-Class Teacher. |
|
|
Connected Students This
field displays the number of students that are connected to the
Class Model. |
|
|
Disconnected Students This
field displays the number of students that are included in the
Class Model, but that are disconnected, and, in this case, they
are not answering the test. |
|
Tests This
group displays information about the students situation referent
to the test being applied. |
|
|
|
Number of students that submitted the test This
field displays the number of students that already sent their
test's answers to the teacher's computer. |
|
|
Number of students that are still doing the test This
field displays the number of students that are still answering the
test's questions. |
|
|
Number of students that are not doing the test This
field displays the number of students that are not doing the
test. |
|
Finish Press the Finish button to stop the test being applied. A message will be displayed to confirm if you really want to finish the test application.
The message will indicate if there are students that have not sent their results and you must confirm if you want to finish the test anyway. To finish the test, press the Yes button in the confirmation message window. The students answers will be saved in your computer, including the answers of the students that have not yet submitted their test. To continue the application of the test, press the No button. The test can also be finished by the student, when he presses the Send button in his test window. If
the time limit expires, the test will be automatically finished,
even if there are students still answering the test. |

Pause During
the test application, you can pause it, if necessary. You can
press the Pause button to do this. After selecting this
option, the Resume button will be enabled, indicating that
when you want you can resume the test. When the test is paused, a
message will be sent to the students, and they will not be able to
use their computers until you resume, stop or suspend the test. |

|
Resume During
the test application, this button will remain disabled. If the
test is paused, the button will be enabled allowing you to resume
the test. |
|
|
Suspend During the test application you can suspend the test, if necessary. To do this, press the Suspend button. When you press this button, a message will be displayed, to confirm if you really want to suspend the test.
If you really want to suspend the test, press the Yes button. In this case, the students answers and the test monitoring status will be saved in your computer allowing that you resume the suspended test when necessary. If
you want to continue the test application, press the No
button. |

Return This
button will only be enabled if the test is suspended. It allows
that you return to the Test Application window, where the
suspended test can be resumed, if you want. |
|
|
Help This
button displays the Help window where you can navigate through the
v-Class
Teacher help
topics. |
|
|
Close When you press this button, if there are students that have not sent their test answers, a confirmation message will be displayed informing this situation and the possibility to save the students answers at this moment.
If you really want to close the window and return to the v-Class Teacher Main window, press the Yes button. In this case, the students answers will be saved. If you don't want to close the window, press the No button and the test will continue to be applied. |
