Tray Icon

The Tray Icon is an image that is displayed on the operational system tasks bar when v-Class Teacher is being executed. Through the Tray Icon you will have access to some functions of v-Class Teacher, as illustrated by the following picture:

Menus

Show Login Window

This option is only displayed if you are not logged in v-Class Teacher.

When you press this button the v-Class Teacher Login window will be displayed. In this window you can enter your login information to enter v-Class Teacher or you can create a new login account.

Show Main Window

This option is only displayed if you are logged in v-Class Teacher.

When you press this button the v-Class Teacher Main window will be displayed. In this window the options to send commands and interact with the students that are using v-Class Student will be displayed.

Class Model Management

This option is only displayed if you are logged in v-Class Teacher.

When you press this button, the Class Model Management window will be displayed.

This window can be used to create, edit, copy, remove, activate, import and export Class Models.

Help

This button displays the Help window where you can navigate through the help topics of v-Class Teacher.

About

This button displays information about v-Class Teacher, such as its version number and information about the company that developed the product.

Logout

This option is only displayed if you are logged in v-Class Teacher.

This button allows you to exit v-Class Teacher. A message will be displayed for you to confirm if you really want to exit. When you log out, the application will still be running and you will be able to access its main functions through the Tray Icon on the operational system tasks bar.

Exit Application

This option is only displayed if you are not logged in v-Class Teacher.

This button allows you to exit v-Class Teacher. In this case, the application will not execute anymore and the Tray Icon will be closed. To open v-Class Teacher again you can access it using its menus through the Metasys K Menu or press the v-Class Teacher icon on the operational system desktop.
